Badge Printing Module
NOVAtime
2000 can be integrated with digital cameras and a high quality
badge printer for a complete badge printing system. From
employee photo capture - to badge creation in just a few
clicks of the mouse. NOVAtime integrates the pictures from
just about any digital camera with Badge Card Printers like
Eltron to create the NOVAPic module. You have the option
of designing your employee badge layout, on both sides of
the badge! You can print a single employee badge or a group
of badges with a few clicks of the mouse. And, a custom
badge layout can be created just for your company. |

Keyin eliminates the need and cost for separate hardware.
Workstation
based thin-client* time clock that provides an efficient
and inexpensive alternative to time clocks by allowing employees
to punch IN and OUT from their workstations, or at a central
(kiosk) computer. PC Key-in's programmable function keys
can be set to allow review of accumulated worked hours,
accrued benefit hours, entering pay code hours (vacation,
sick, etc.), and dollar amounts (tips, bonus, etc.). Can
be configured across most networks, including LAN, WAN,
and MS or Citrix Terminal Server.

IN/OUT
Board
Great
built in utility for any size company that wants to be able
find out who's here without generating a report.
The purpose of the IN/OUT Board is to report the IN/OUT
status of your employees at any given moment. It reports
your employees' current IN/OUT status based on the last
timesheet entry or punch, even shows on vacation.
Numerous viewing options are available for the IN/OUT Board,
such as viewing by Employee ID, Employee Name, Last Punch
Time, Department, Employee Status by login and more! |

PDA
Tracking for Mobile Employees
The
PDA-Palm module is an incredibly powerful and cost-effective
solution that works with any Palm compliant device! Because
PDA handheld devices are small and portable, this module
is great for mobile users who need to track their time in
the field.
- Allows
time punches for one or multiple employees. Supervisors
may also punch in a group of employees with one entry!
- The
time punches from your handheld devices are collected
the same way as other data collection devices! Uploads
and downloads are performed seamlessly using NOVAtime's
Communication Console, instead of HotSync®.
- Handles
up to 8 function keys for entering vacation and sick
hours, tips / meals (earnings / deductions), department
/ job transfer, view previous time punches, etc.
- Views
up to 20 uncollected time punches per employee.

Accrual
Benefit Tracking / Comp-Time Banking
Accumulates
and tracks the number of hours earned and used for benefits
such as available vacation and sick time.
It
can accrue even the most complex accrual rules and will
deduct any used time entered under the Timesheet Management
automatically from the employee's available balance.
Different
accrual rules for different groups of employees can be defined,
and manual adjustments can be done, if necessary, from the
Accrual History screen. |

to a WO, job, task, function, etc. without the requirement
of specific IN/OUT punches. Employees can enter specific
time blocks as they perform their tasks, or wait till the
end of the day. Can be used in conjunction with employees
who do punch IN and OUT.
